Dr Noeth has been in private practice since qualifying as a Specialist Physician in 2007.
Since qualifying with her certificate in Endocrinology & Metabolism (SA) Phys, she is now based at Zuid Afrikaans Hospital in Pretoria.

While she has been actively involved in all fields related to internal medicine, she has adjusted her focus in the past three years and has a special interest in non-communicable diseases including hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, obstructive sleep apnoea, dyslipidaemia and atrial fibrillation as well as metabolic disease such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome and obesity.
